So...If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may simply return it to us within 5 days of receipt, for a full refund of your purchase price - no questions asked.  Naturally, the merchandise must be in new, un-installed condition, devoid of any damage whatsoever. 

In keeping with this "Gentleman's agreement" and commitment, please do not expect us to honor the policy if you dropped your new Chrome License Plate Frame on the garage floor and now want to return it with a dent. ☺
